She’s 18 months old, and she’s about to walk into her first classroom.

Somewhere behind that classroom is a proposal that got funded, a donor who said yes, a CSR partner who took the meeting. We’re looking for someone who wants to help write that story — as our Fundraising Intern.

This isn’t a “make tea and get coffee” internship.

Anantmool Foundation runs community-based crèches — Shishu Ghars — for children aged six months to three years in remote villages across Jamui, Bihar. None of it happens without funding, and funding doesn’t happen without people who can research, write, and follow through. That’s the seat we’re filling.

What you’ll actually own

  • Research donors, foundations, CSR budgets and funding fits
  • Help draft grant proposals and concept notes
  • Keep our donor and fundraising data sharp
  • Reach out to potential partners and supporters
  • Support crowdfunding and digital campaigns
  • Map CSR and corporate partnership opportunities
  • Shape the words that convince someone to fund a child’s future

You might be a fit if you

  • Care more about outcomes than optics
  • Write clearly and research relentlessly
  • Are curious how fundraising and CSR actually work
  • Know your way around Docs, Sheets, and the open internet
  • Take initiative before someone has to ask
  • Are a student or recent graduate — encouraged to apply
