Anantmool Fellowship is aimed to create educational leaders who can create an impact in education in India. The fellowship is a full-time 2-year teaching program where fellows will join a school allotted by Anantmool. During this time, fellows will get training on teaching techniques, the role of an educational leader, curriculum designing, management, computer, English language, interpersonal skills development, professional development and review of education policy. Fellows will spend a full day at school and then office to teach, learn from each other, and participate in different training programs. Fellows will also get different exposure opportunities to visit and learn from different organisations. At the end of the program, Anantmool will provide a certificate of completion of the fellowship and organise a placement program where all the fellows will get a chance to give an interview and get selected for employment.
The fee for this fellowship program is 5 lakhs for two years. But as this is the first batch of fellowships, you will get a full scholarship and a stipend of 5000 per month.
अनंतमूल फ़ेलोशिप का उद्देश्य ऐसे शैक्षिक नेता तैयार करना है जो भारत में शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में प्रभाव पैदा कर सकें। फेलोशिप एक पूर्णकालिक 2-वर्षीय शिक्षण कार्यक्रम है जहां फेलो अनंतमूल द्वारा आवंटित स्कूल में शामिल होंगे। इस दौरान अध्येताओं को शिक्षण तकनीक, एक शैक्षिक नेता की भूमिका, पाठ्यक्रम डिजाइनिंग, प्रबंधन, कंप्यूटर, अंग्रेजी भाषा, पारस्परिक कौशल विकास, व्यावसायिक विकास और शिक्षा नीति की समीक्षा पर प्रशिक्षण मिलेगा। अध्येता पढ़ाने, एक-दूसरे से सीखने और विभिन्न प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने के लिए पूरा दिन स्कूल और फिर कार्यालय में बिताएंगे। अध्येताओं को विभिन्न संगठनों में जाने और सीखने के विभिन्न प्रदर्शन के अवसर भी मिलेंगे। कार्यक्रम के अंत में, अनंतमूल फ़ेलोशिप पूरा होने का प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करेगा और एक प्लेसमेंट कार्यक्रम आयोजित करेगा जहां सभी फ़ेलो को साक्षात्कार देने और रोजगार के लिए चयनित होने का मौका मिलेगा।
इस फेलोशिप प्रोग्राम की फीस दो साल के लिए 5 लाख है। लेकिन चूंकि यह फ़ेलोशिप का पहला बैच है, इसलिए आपको पूरी छात्रवृत्ति और 5000 प्रति माह का वजीफा मिलेगा।
